Your order will be confirmed with a letter of confirmation faxed or emailed back to you. It is a good idea to give a work address to receive your delivery. Some orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), small items where the cost will be less expensive to you , the customer. You must specify method of payment: Credit Card, Prepaid, Check, or Money Order, Sorry no Cod's (some exceptions apply and must be O.K. by Noah Performance. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, additional shipping applies. Shipping charges will be added to the price of the item. Noah Performance accepts Money Orders, Cash, (MasterCard, Visa, Discover via E-commerce only). Checks will be held for 15 days. There will be a $ 25.00 fee for on check returned from the bank for any reason. Receiving your order: When you receive your order, be sure to inspect the package and its contents thoroughly, even if you won't be using them on your car for some time. If there are any damages or shortages you must report them to Noah Performance within 3 days of the invoice date to receive your proper credit. After 3 days Noah Performance can not help you, sorry. Make sure all parts are the parts you intended to order. Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice..
Damaged items Do not return damaged items back to Noah Performance. If you receive a damaged item please contact us and Noah Performance will contact the shipping company and file a damaged claim. You must hold on to the items in questioned and the ORIGINAL BOX it came in, until it is picked up from the shipper. We can not give you credit for the item until it has been returned to us and a claim has been filed. RETURNS: If there is a item you wish to return you must contact Noah Performance 516-624-7373 or [email protected] for a R.G.R. # (return goods report number). Please give us the part #, invoice #, invoice date, and the reason for return. There is a 15% restocking fee for any item returned (non-defective parts).
Backorders: Backordered parts will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. If a part has been backordered for over 30 days, or the item has been discontinued the backorder will be canceled. WARRANTY: All parts carry a 30 day workmanship warranty to be free from defects from the manufacturer. Warranty on all products after installation, use, or have been subjected to accident, negligence, disassembled, alteration, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or unsuited uses are void. Noah Performance shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages, expense, or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in its goods or from the use of any goods, defective or otherwise. Any warranties implied by law are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. PLEASE NOTE: Many parts available through this web site are intended for "off-highway" applications only. Primarily, the web site pertains to engine and / or vehicle usage off the public roads, because federal law restricts the removal or modification of any part of the federally required emission control systems on a car or truck. Many states have laws with various penalties for tampering with, or otherwise modifying any required emission or noise control system.
