Experienced classic parts specialists will handle
your order and provide assistance. Be sure to
supply us with our item numbers and your vehicle
description for fast order processing. Some
items are ordered by description alone (i.e.,
upholstery) in which case we'll need the year,
color and body style of your car. Phone orders
may be paid by VISA or MasterCard. Mail orders
may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, money order,
or cashiers check. Personal check may delay
your order 2 weeks
Orders shipped outside of New York may be exempt
from sales tax. New York residents are required
to add the appropriate current sales tax. Due
to regular variations in New York sales tax,
rates are subject to change without notice.
This additional tax will be applied to the invoice.
As of the printing date of this catalog, the
current rate is 8.625%
Products may be returned for a full refund,
credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking
fee after 15days. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS OF
RECEIPT. All chrome and aluminum parts returned
damaged due to carelessness or installation
attempts are NON-RETURNABLE. Should you need
to return a part for refund, exchange or credit,
please contact our customer service department
for a return authorization number and instructions.
Noah Performance Inc. will not accept returned
goods without prior authorization. Customer
will pay freight on all return orders. Important:
Gift certificates have no cash value and must
be redeemed for merchandise only. Literature,
CDs, videos, printed materials, stencil kits,
stripe, electrical parts, gauges, wiring harnesses,
switches, etc. are non-returnable. All special
order products prepaid in full and are non-returnable.
There is no guarantee on moving parts such as
engines, transmissions, rear ends, steering
gears, water pumps, distributors, wiper motors,
etc. If any product is modified, altered, painted,
installed or disassembled in any way without
Noah Performance expressed written permission,
the item is non-returnable. Noah Performance
always recommends professional installation
on all products. Any item which has been altered,
painted, installed or deemed non-resalable by
Noah Performance Inc. will be returned to the
customer at the customer’s expense. Noah
Performance is not responsible or liable for
labor fees associated with the installation,
removal, modification or repair of any product
purchased regardless of the circumstances. Noah
Performance Inc. is not responsible for any
damage or discoloration incurred in relation
to chemical products including cleaners, waxes,
polishes, paints, etc.
All items will be shipped after payment is
fully received/cleared. If your item is specially
ordered, or made to order and drop-shipped from
the manufacturer, this may take longer. Shipping
by ground within the US takes 5 to 7 business
days. you will receive an email with the tracking
number and the company we use to ship, UPS or
USPS. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours
of payment being received/cleared. We ship via
UPS and USPS only in the continuous 48 states
- We do ship via USPS to HI, Alaska, PR, VI,
Guam, APO addresses and most International locations
at an extra cost. Please contact us for shipping
quotes to your specific location.
INTERNATIONAL shipments are made once a week,
and are subject to Customs Duty and Brokerage
fees. International shipments could take up
to one month to arrive due to increased delays
in customs. Please be patient if you are shipping
outside the US. INTERNATIONAL orders shipped
via USPS Air Mail will NOT receive tracking
information. The only international service
USPS offers with tracking information is Global
Express Mail Service (EMS). If you do not choose
this shipping method, we will not be able to
provide a tracking number. If your package is
too large to be shipped via Global EMS, we will
not be able to provide a tracking number.
